Symposium Registration

Only members of the Canadian Remote Sensing Society (CRSS-SCT) in good standing at the time of the symposium are entitled to the Member Rate. Do not hesitate to become a member in order to benefit from these reduced fees!

Students must have a valid student ID card to take advantage of the Student Rates. If requested, students must be able to provide proof of attendance at an educational institution. 

→Note: You must register through ConfTool in order to book your participation, including symposium attendance, workshops, and field trips

Payment and Receipt

Registration and payment of fees are to be made through the ConfTool website:

Proof of payment will be forwarded to you by email. Please print and retain a copy of this proof should it be required in the future. 

All registration fees are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to a 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Payment is only accepted by debit or credit card online through ConfTool, on-site included.

 Registration Cancellation policy

Registration cancellations received by email (admin@crss-sct.ca) no later than May 9, 2025, will be refunded, less a $50 CDN administration fee. Cancellations received after May 9, 2025, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted. Contact admin@crss-sct.ca to transfer your registration. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the symposium.

Registration Fee includes:

• Welcome Reception
• Banquet
• Access to all Plenary and Technical On-Site sessions
• Access to Exhibitor and Interactive Poster areas
• Lunches
• Opportunities for in-person networking

Conference attendees who wish to bring a guest (partner, spouse, or friend) to the banquet may purchase one guest ticket for an extra $75 [Reminder: Each registration includes one banquet ticket. Only purchase a guest ticket if you’re bringing a guest.]
