Call for Sponsorships and Exhibits

Canadian Symposium on Remote Sensing (CSRS), organized annually by the Canadian Remote Sensing Society (SCT), is Canada’s premier conference for remote sensing professionals, researchers, and industry leaders. Each year, we bring together experts in geospatial technologies, Earth observation, and applied remote sensing, providing a unique opportunity to showcase innovations, network with stakeholders, and support advancements in the field.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

We offer a range of sponsorship options to provide maximum visibility and engagement:

• Platinum Sponsor ($10,000) – Includes banquet sponsorship, four conference passes, two exhibitor booths, logo placement in the program and on the website.
• Gold Sponsor ($5,000) – Includes icebreaker sponsorship, three conference passes, one exhibitor booth, logo placement in the program and on the website.
• Silver Sponsor ($3,000) – Includes lunch sponsorship, two conference passes, one exhibitor booth, logo placement in the program and on the website.
• Bronze Sponsor ($1,750) – Includes health break sponsorship, one conference pass, one exhibitor booth, logo placement in the program and on the website.

As in previous years, all exhibitors are recognized as sponsors, as their contributions help subsidize event expenses, including networking opportunities and meal breaks. We have a limited number of 15 exhibitor booths available, so making early confirmation is highly recommended to secure your spot.

Non-sponsor Exhibitor booth:

If you are only interested in an exhibitor booth without the sponsorship benefits, and if we have available booth space once registration opens, we may offer you a basic Exhibitor booth + 1 delegate option at the following rates:

• Early Bird (Member): $1,200
• Early Bird (Non-Member): $1,300
• Regular (Member): $1,400
• Regular (Non-Member): $1,500

Our primary focus is on securing sponsorships. If space remains TBD, you will be able to register directly through ConfTool at the rates above.

Payment Options:

• Stripe payment link (Sponsors only): Please use below Stripe link to make direct payments of the sponsorship amount. https://buy.stripe.com/9AQaGL0by73gcGkeUV This link can be used for any sponsor tier. You need to manually deselect the tiers and keep the one you prefer. Sponsors will receive an automated receipt upon successful payment.

Important: Please send us a proof of your payment after completing the transaction. This will allow us to update our records and mark your sponsorship status as “Paid” on the tracking sheet.

• ConfTool payment link (Exhibits only): Please make the payment directly through the registration platform at ConfTool.
• Bank transfer: If you prefers a bank transfer, we will share necessary banking details.
• Bank drafts: We also accept bank drafts as an additional payment option.
